Who was Mathilde Beaujard ? Madame Beaujard was one of the owners of the 'hameau des Callots', in the era of independent houses. She was the owner, at the beginning of the 20th century, of the small house, today the place of the breakfasts.

Who was Georges Renard ? Mr. Renard was one of the owners of these places and it is under his initiative, that all these independent houses became a single property. He was the owner, in the 60's, he is the creator of the park and it is him who selected the different species of trees which compose it today.
